Our approach
A staircase should feel like part of the architecture.
We do not treat glass as an add-on. Every bannister is considered as part of the staircase, the hallway and the wider interior — from the proportion of the handrail to the position of every fixing.
That approach comes from decades of joinery experience. It means we understand the structure underneath the finish, how old staircases behave and how new materials need to meet existing timber cleanly.
Whether we are replacing dated spindles with glass or remodelling the entire bannister, the aim is the same: a cleaner, lighter staircase that looks as though it belongs in the home.

Glass leaves very little room for approximation. Every opening is surveyed and measured before made-to-measure components are ordered.

Fixings, timber profiles, junctions and proportions are considered together so the completed staircase reads as one design.

We work inside finished homes, so careful preparation, clean workmanship and a tidy handover are part of the service.
